Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged the full price of service and it is nonrefundable and does not go as a credit towards any other service. The client will not be allowed to schedule appointment without inputting card information for no show purposes. The client will not be allowed to reschedule a new appointment until full price of canceled service is paid. DEPOSITS -all appointments will require a non-refundable deposit that will be paid at the time of booking. -No deposit, no appointment. •CANCELLATIONS -Please cancel AHEAD of time -Deposits are nonrefundable and only transferable if you reschedule. You must reschedule appointment within 72 hours of letting me know or deposit will be lost. Clients are only allowed to reschedule an appointment two times until the deposit is forfeited and another deposit will be required to reschedule a third time. -Same day cancellations or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged full price of service. It will NOT go as a credit towards your next service. Client will not be allowed to reschedule until it is paid and will have to pay another nonrefundable deposit. All fees will not go as a credit towards any other service. -No call, no show: you’re no longer my client. You will pay the full price of the service. •FILL APPOINTMENTS -50% of lashes must be in place to be considered a fill. -Mini fill is 30-45 minutes and is not to be a substitute for a regular fill. -Regular fill is 60-90 minutes -3 week fill is up to 2 hours and will be $10 more than regular fill -Schedule accordingly on how long you think your fill will take -Any fill after 3 weeks will be considered a full set and charged as a full set. •LATE OR TARDY -if you are more than 15 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule. I can’t do my best work if I am rushed and I will not be late for my next client. -if you are late I will fill as much as I can with the time left in your appointment up to 15 minutes. •LASH HYGIENE -please come with freshly washed lashes. It is extremely difficult to work on dirty lashes and often results in bad retention and/or infections •SCHEDULE -Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm -If these times don’t work for you I will try my best to work around it. •PAYMENTS -Cash -Cards are accepted but will have a 2.7% fee added on. •REFUNDS -refunds are not given. Results vary based on the client and their results. -upon my discretion, if a refund is issued, it will be on a gift card.
